Time Warner Cable Dresses Up Home Phone Service

Time Warner Cable has added new features to its digital phone service, tying it into home computers, TVs, and mobile devices.

The new suite of services, VoiceZone, is free to TWC phone subscribers.

VoiceZone Connect, a downloadable app, allows customers to control their home phone features from their desktop or laptop computers. Customers can see Caller ID notifications, send calls directly to voicemail, forward calls to a different number, or ignore the calls and stop the phone from ringing.
