Tesla Faces New Discrimination Suit After Deluge in Recent Years

Tesla was hit with another worker discrimination suit alleging management fostered a workplace culture rife with racism and sexism.

Carlos Hicks, a former material handler at the company’s Sparks, Nev., facility and a Black man, says management and colleagues “routinely and casually used the n-word and other racial epithets, and they played loud music in communal spaces that used racially and sexually derogatory language,” according to the complaint filed in the US District Court for the District of Nevada.
