Telecom Issues May Move to Back Burner in 2010, Experts Say

Telecommunications issues will be consigned to the back burner in 2010 if the economy continues to limp along and the Obama administration and the Democratic leadership refocus their agenda on middle-class job creation in the wake of a dramatic loss in the Massachusetts Senate race, experts predict.
