Comcast has expanded the availability of Xfinity On Campus to two small schools in Maryland, adding Loyola University Maryland and Goucher College to the list of colleges where students can sign up for an IP-over-Wi-Fi-delivered package of linear and on-demand TV, including premium channels and various sports packages.
