SpaceX’s Starlink Says Network Restored After Outage (2)

SpaceX’s Starlink satellite internet service network has been restored after an hours-long outage, the Elon Musk-led unit said in a post on X.

“The network issue has been resolved, and Starlink service has been restored,” according to the post, where the company apologized for the disruption.

The Starlink network is composed of roughly 8,000 satellites orbiting the Earth, which beam broadband internet to millions of subscribers. SpaceX, which also carries people and cargo to space using its Falcon family of rockets, didn’t say how widespread the outage was or how many subscribers were affected.
