Sojern Defeats Hilton Guest’s Amended Suit Over Online Tracker

Travel marketing platform Sojern Inc. defeated a proposed class action alleging it illegally collected the personal information of consumers booking rooms on websites of hotels using its online tracking tools.

Plaintiff Suellen Crano failed to allege a concrete injury sufficient to establish standing to sue in federal court, Judge Judge Jacqueline Scott Corley said Tuesday.
