SoftBank Says Unaware of SEC Probe Into Securities Trading

SoftBank Group Corp. has no knowledge of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigating its trading activities, the company says after reports emerged suggesting it was the subject of a probe.

  • “SoftBank Group takes its obligations with respect to all regulatory matters very seriously. We are not aware of any SEC investigation into the company’s securities trading and have not been notified by them to date,” a SoftBank spokesperson said
