Slovenia Broadband Seeks Control Over Bulgaria’s Telelink

Slovenia Broadband Sarl, part of United Group, seeks to acquire a majority stake in Bulgaria’s Telelink Business Services Group, which builds telecom grids and data centers, Bulgaria’s antitrust regulator says in a statement.

• NOTE: United Group also owns Vivacom, one of Bulgaria’s three main telecommunication companies, as well as Nova Broadcasting Group, the country’s biggest media group
