Sen. Kennedy: ‘Pleased’ about Talk with Trump on Intelsat Plan

GOP Sen. John Kennedy says he used telephone conversation today with President Trump to raise concerns about Intelsat’s multi-billion-dollar plan to sell airwaves.

  • “I have talked to the White House about my concerns. I’ve held a hearing and I’m having another hearing” says Kennedy in an interview in the Capitol
  • Kennedy says he is “very pleased” about the conversation but declined to discuss the private phone call with the president
