An authorized Australian immigration consultant’s registration of the immihelp.com.au domain name was not shown to be a bad faith attempt to prevent the owner of the U.S. trademark “immihelp” from registering the domain because it more likely reflected the promotion of services aimed at helping people migrate into Australia, a panelist at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center concluded Feb. 4.
