Polygon Unveils Product Aimed at Lowering Costs on Ethereum

Polygon, the crypto firm whose Matic token has more than doubled this month, said it launched software that will enable cheaper and quicker transactions on the Ethereum blockchain.

The Indian startup will start rolling out its Zero Knowledge Ethereum Virtual Machine from Wednesday, co-founder Mihailo Bjelic said in an interview. Some partners will be able to test the product over the coming days, with a so-called mainnet launch planned for the fourth quarter, he said, adding that the software is open-source.
