Peloton Interactive Inc. must return to court over some allegedly misleading statements to investors about its bike pricing and demand as the pandemic wound down.

The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Wednesday affirmed in part and vacated in part a lower court’s decision that tossed claims Peloton and former leaders concealed waning demand that their inventory levels were far outpacing.
