Paul Hastings Nabs Private Equity Partner From Cooley in London

Ferish Patel joined Paul Hastings as a partner in its private equity practice in London, the firm announced Monday.

Patel’s practice focuses on lifecycle representation, advising companies and investors on transactions from late-stage private financings and growth capital to M&A, IPOs, and regulatory and compliance matters in complex multijurisdictional settings. His representations involve specialist and regulatory matters in financial services and payment regulation, cybersecurity and data privacy, technology transactions, life science partnering, and equity incentive structuring.

He joins from Cooley.
