Paramount-WBD Foreign Stake Raises Democrats’ Concerns

A group of Democratic senators is urging the Federal Communications Commission to conduct “a rigorous and thorough review of the foreign investment in Paramount,” according to a letter to the agency’s Chair Brendan Carr.

• Senators raise concern over the involvement of sovereign funds of Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Qatar
