Omegle.com LLC convinced a federal court in New Jersey Friday that it doesn’t have jurisdiction over a lawsuit brought against the anonymous chatroom provider by the parents of an 11-year-old girl who alleges she was sexually exploited on the site.
A girl identified in court documents as C.H. was purportedly sexually exploited by an anonymous stranger on Omegle.com’s chat site, which randomly pairs users for online discussions.
