Ocado Files U.S. Antitrust Suit Against AutoStore Over Patents

Ocado Group Plc filed an antitrust suit against AutoStore Technology AS arguing that its Norwegian rival has fraudulently obtained U.S. patents for its robotic cube storage system.

In an escalation of the patent fight between the two companies, Britain’s Ocado accuses AutoStore of committing fraud on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office by giving some misleading information and omitting other details when seeking patents for its storage system.
