Nvidia H200 Chip China Export Review Process Eased by the US

The US Bureau of Industry and Security revises its license review policy for exports of certain semiconductors to China and Macau.

  • Chips covered by this rule include Nvidia’s H200 chip and its equivalents, as well as less advanced chips
  • License review policy changed from presumption of denial to a case-by-case review
