Nexstar-Tegna Deal Warrants FCC, DOJ Scrutiny, Warren Says

Senator Elizabeth Warren and several other Democratic lawmakers asked the FCC and the DOJ to “closely scrutinize” Nexstar’s proposed acquisition of Tegna and block the deal if it violates federal telecommunications or antitrust laws, according to a statement published Tuesday.
