Net Neutrality Judges to Weigh Limits of FCC’s Power

The long-running policy fight over net neutrality is set to return to a Washington courtroom this week, as three federal appeals court judges hear a challenge to the Federal Communications Commission’s rollback of its rules.

An array of players, including Trump administration officials, major carriers such as AT&T Inc., and big tech companies like Alphabet Inc.'s Google, will be looking for clues in the judges’ questions on Feb. 1 about whether they’ll support the FCC’s 2017 decision to scrap the rules.
