Morrison Foerster Recruits Financial Services Partner Dan Jones

Dan Jones joined Morrison Foerster as a partner in its financial services and fintech groups in the UK, the firm announced Monday.

Jones brings a broad financial regulation practice to Morrison Foerster, advising financial services and technology clients across a full suite of financial regulatory matters. His practice includes advising on general regulatory compliance mandates, strategic transactions, regulatory investigations and responses, and cross-border regulatory advisory work, the firm said.

He joins from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, according to that firm’s website.
