A federal appeals court ordered a new trial for claims that police officers in Minnesota harassed a female colleague after illegally accessing information on her from a driver’s license database.
The Minneapolis Police Department won its appeal seeking a new trial in the lawsuit from officer Amy Krekelberg, according to an order from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit that found issues with some of the evidence provided.
