Meta, Microsoft, Target, Amazon Layoffs Questioned by Warren

Sen. Elizabeth Warren wrote to the CEOs of Amazon, Home Depot, Meta, Microsoft, Nike, Target, UPS, and Verizon about “recent mass layoffs despite having strong earnings and financial positions,” according to a press release.

• “These corporations have benefitted from massive tax cuts and other Trump administration policies but have not passed those benefits on to their workers,” release says
