Kyivstar, Ukraine’s largest mobile communication provider, which suffered a widespread cyberattack, says it started to restore call services across the country as of 6 p.m. local time.
- Restoration will happen gradually; that is why “short-term issues are possible” by end of Wednesday, the company’s spokeswoman told Bloomberg News
- Specialists are also working to restore data and SMS services, which are expected to be completed during the next 24 hours
