Olivia Radin has joined King & Spalding as a partner on the special matters and government investigations team in New York, the firm said Wednesday.
Radin, who previously served as managing partner for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s New York office, represents clients in the technology, consumer, financial services, and transportation industries in matters involving allegations of fraud, bribery, workplace misconduct, and market manipulation, according to King & Spalding.
She has experience defending clients before the Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, said the the firm.
