Subpoenas requesting account information associated with nearly 1500 internet protocol addresses in mass peer-to-peer file-sharing copyright infringement litigation breach an express agreement to limit such requests and are unduly burdensome, Time Warner Cable Inc. argued in motions to quash filed with the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia May 13 (Achte/Neunte Boll Kino Beteiligungs GMBH & Co. KG v. Does 1-2,94; West Bay One. Inc. v. Does 1-2000; Call of the Wild Movie LLC v. Does 1-358).
