Plaintiffs allege Intel knew about certain defects in its computer microprocessors but failed to disclose them. They call the alleged defects “Unauthorized Access”and “Incomplete Undo.”
The resulting security vulnerabilities, some of which have become known as “Spectre,” “Meltdown,” “ZombieLoad” and “Foreshadow,” could lead to a breach of confidential data, they allege.
