Intel Performed Strategic Review of Networking Division

Intel Corp. said it performed a review of its networking division and decided to shelve plans that included a possible stake sale or spin off.

“After a thorough review of strategic options for NEX — including a potential standalone path — we determined the business is best positioned to succeed within Intel,” the company said in an emailed statement.
