Indiana Top Cop Probes Tech ‘Censoring’ of Conservative Content

Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita has launched a probe into whether Facebook Inc., Twitter Inc., Alphabet Inc.'s Google, Apple Inc. or Amazon.com Inc.‘s content management practices violate state consumer protection laws.

Rokita (R), a former congressman, said his office is investigating whether the companies violate consumers’ rights by “deleting or obscuring posted material reflecting a politically conservative point of view.”

Amazon, Google, and Twitter declined to comment. Facebook and Apple didn’t immediately respond to comment requests.
