IBM’s Red Hat Seeks Patent Ruling Clearing Computing Platforms

IBM’s Red Hat wants a court ruling that its OpenShift and OpenStack products and services -- a cluster and a cloud computing platform, respectively -- don’t infringe 13 patents asserted in 2020 by closely held Invention Investment Ireland against a Red Hat customer in the financial services industry.
