House to Weigh Net Neutrality Bill After Break, Pelosi Says

The House will consider legislation restoring Obama-era net neutrality rules soon after the chamber reconvenes from a one-week recess next week, Speaker Nancy Pelosi told reporters March 14.

The measure, unveiled by Democratic leaders last week, “will come to the floor shortly after” the House returns on March 25, Pelosi said.

The measure (H.R. 1644), unveiled by Democratic leaders last week, has no support from top Republican lawmakers and has little chance of passing the GOP-led Senate.
