HILL TECH & CYBER BRIEFING: Facebook Faces Heat on Kids’ Safety

Facebook heads back to Capitol Hill today to face what’s expected to be one of it’s toughest hearings to date about recent reporting on Instagram’s negative impacts on children’s mental health.

The hearing will be led by Sens. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Marsha Blackburn (R-Tenn.), the chairman and ranking member of the Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety, and Data Security.
