Google, Dell-Backed SingleStore Agrees to Sell to Vector

Private equity firm Vector Capital has agreed to buy SingleStore, a database startup backed by the venture arms of Google and Dell Technologies Inc.

Terms of the deal weren’t disclosed in a statement Wednesday that confirmed an earlier Bloomberg News report.

Vector and its co-investors are investing about $500 million in equity in SingleStore, according to people familiar with the matter who asked not to be identified because the matter is private.
