The University of Southern California accused
Google’s products incorporate systems to overlay 2D images onto a 3D model like US Patent Nos. 8,026,929 and 8,264,504, according to a complaint filed Monday in the US District Court for the Western District of Texas. USC said it contacted Google in April 2024 to discuss a potential licensing agreement.
