The Federal Trade Commission has updated its list of frequently asked questions (FAQ) on complying with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule requirement to obtain verifiable parental consent to collect, use or disclose children’s information, according to a July 16 FTC blog post by Lesley Fair, senior attorney with the FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection.
