DK Automation and its owners, Kevin David Hulse and David Shawn Arnett, have agreed to a proposed court order requiring them to stop enticing consumers into moneymaking schemes involving cryptocurrency, Amazon business packages, and business coaching, according to the Federal Trade Commission Wednesday.
DK Automation allegedly made false claims that their programs yield large profit, used fake positive consumer reviews, and failed to provide users with information that is required under the FTC’s Business Opportunity Rule, said the agency.
