The Federal Trade Commission terminated five Biden-era requests for information on consumer protection that were posted in the waning days of the Biden administration, including one on surveillance pricing.
Commissioner Alvaro Bedoya slammed Chairman Andrew Ferguson for removing the five requests for public input, saying Ferguson was “uninterested in the challenges that regular human beings face.”
“Rather than let the American people speak to him, Chairman Ferguson shut them out,” said Bedoya, a Biden appointee.
