Republican FCC Commissioner Says He Won’t Fight Ouster by Trump

Federal Communications Commission member Mike O’Rielly said Wednesday he intends to depart the agency later this year regardless of the outcome of the presidential election.

“While there has been some speculation over whether I would return to the commission under certain circumstances, I do not seek for anyone to pursue my continued service at the commission beyond my current term,” O’Rielly said at an FCC meeting.
