FCC Loses Bid to Delay Net Neutrality Appeal (1)

The Federal Communications Commission lost its bid to postpone oral argument in a legal challenge to its rollback of Obama-era net neutrality rules.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit Jan. 17 denied the FCC’s request to delay the argument in light of the partial government shutdown. The argument remains scheduled for Feb. 1, the court said.
