FCC Establishes New Foreign Adversary Control Rules

The Federal Communications Commission is requiring holders of certain FCC licenses, permits and authorizations to disclose ties to foreign adversaries as part of new transparency rules.

  • New rules will also require holders subject to foreign control to disclose additional information, such as equity and voting interests of at least 5%, the FCC says in a statement
