An Ohio newspaper publisher is suing
“The two archrivals, who are sometimes referenced as operating a duopoly, in the market, unlawfully conspired to manipulate online auctions which generate digital advertising revenue,” the complaint said.
AIM Media Midwest Operating LLC’s lawsuit, which seeks $10 million in damages, was filed Monday in the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio. The company, which also does business as Digital AIM Media, runs 32 local newspapers across Ohio, according to the complaint.
