Experian Group Ltd. is operating its credit monitoring service under a new name, but continues to dupe individuals looking for free annual credit reports into signing up for its paid credit monitoring service, a customer asserted in a would-be class complaint filed in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Feb. 1 (Possin v. Experian Group Ltd.).
