Equifax Facing Massachusetts Suit After Massive Data Breach

Sept. 12, 2017, 10:26 PM UTC

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey said she will sue Equifax Inc. over the company’s massive data breach, which affected nearly 3 million of her state’s residents.
