‘Fortnite’ Returns to Apple App Store After Four-Year Battle (2)

Epic Games Inc.’s hit game Fortnite has returned to Apple Inc.’s App Store in the US after more than four years, following a fierce legal battle between the two companies.

The game developer asked a court earlier this month to force Apple to approve access to Fortnite, which it said was still blocked from the platform despite a ruling in its favor. US District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers said Monday that Apple should resolve the dispute or have a company official appear before her.
