EBay Petition Against EU’s E-Commerce VAT Plan Signed by 100,000

EBay Inc. has collected more than 100,000 signatures from European and foreign small businesses and consumers opposed to EU legislation that would lower sales thresholds for reporting and paying VAT—legislation that could be approved as soon as Nov. 7.
