Domino’s Tosses Web Access Case Toward Supreme Court

Domino’s Pizza Inc. is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on how far businesses must go to make their websites and mobile apps accessible to blind people.

Domino’s petitioned the high court to review a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruling that a blind customer could proceed with claims against the pizza chain under Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
