DOGE Blocked From Canceling Grants at Humanities Endowment (1)

The Trump administration’s new Department of Government Efficiency has been temporarily prevented from significantly defunding projects supported by the 60-year-old National Endowment for the Humanities.

NEH grantees would suffer “irreparable harm” if the grant cuts weren’t restored, Judge Colleen McMahon of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York said July 25.
