Dish Network entered a $210 million multistate settlement over its telemarketing campaigns, according to a statement from California Attorney General Xavier Becerra.
- The settlement resolves a 2009 lawsuit against Dish by California, North Carolina, Ohio, Illinois and the federal government
- Dish had appealed an earlier judgment which was upheld, though the appellate court said the damages and penalties award should be recalculated
