Cox Continues Wireless Retreat, Contributing Towers to Parent Company’s InSite Investment

Continuing to unwind its wireless holdings, Cox Communications is contributing its wireless towers to a venture focused on operating wireless towers and distributed antenna systems (DAS). As part of the transaction, Cox Communications parent Cox Enterprises will also be making a cash investment in InSite Wireless Group, LLC.

InSite owns, operates, and manages wireless communication tower site facilities and DAS across the United States, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
