Court Rejects $15.5M Comcast Set-Top Box Settlement

A $15.5 million settlement between Comcast Corp. and former and current subscribers forced to rent set top boxes in order to get premium cable won’t be approved, as the court can’t determine who is properly in the class (In re Comcast Corp. Set-Top Cable Television Box Antitrust Litig., E.D. Pa., 2:09-md-02034-AB, 11/5/15).
