Sirius XM Radio, Inc. wins final approval for settlement with a class of satellite radio subscribers accusing Sirius of monopolization after its merger with XM Satellite Holdings Inc., the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York holds (Blessing v. Sirius XM Radio, Inc.).
